Would you like to work for a Nationwide company that has opened a brand new site that is located in Grantham that thrives on its excellent reputation? if so my Clients role is going to be just what you have been looking for.We are looking for a Sales/Operations Manager to take charge of the Sales/Operations department and manage general facilities throughout the business, this is an exciting permanent position.Any successful candidate must possess exceptional organisational skills and have an aptitude for multi-tasking.You will work closely with the sales and operations assistant to unify the business.Responsibilities And Duties
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients
  • Signing up new customers
  • Selling products to customers in store
  • Handling customer enquiries to include face to face, on the telephone and via email
  • Consulting with customers self-storage needs, availability and pricing
  • Entering customer information accurately on the database
  • Dealing with debt management of customer accounts
  • Handling document’s shredding enquiries including face to face , by telephone and via email
  • Working as a team to achieve store targets
  • Identifying any business opportunities to increase store exposure and increase in revenue
  • General housekeeping and maintenance of the store
  • Dealing with Marketing for the site, with an emphasis on Website maximization, social media and driving local community initiatives to promote the store in the local area
  • Dealing with day to day Operational matters relating to lift, shutter door, roller gate and internal unit issues when they arise
  • Out of Hours key holder responsibilities relating to lift, shutter door, roller gate and internal unit issues when they arise
  • The facility to service out of hours clients on a "call out" basis regarding renting units outside normal office hours
Desired Requirements
  • Experience in sales and operation environment is a must
  • An outgoing and friendly personality
