Position:

Our Marketing team is pivotal to our success, and the team are dedicated to spreading the magic and helping our causes raise much needed donations. This is a new role and you’ll be the heart of our marketing team, crafting and delivering digital marketing plans across our easyfundraising platforms bringing our engagement to new heights. You won’t just be developing new campaign strategies; one of your main roles will be to forge strong relationships with our external agencies. You’ll work across organic and paid growth channels, including SEO, content and PPC to raise awareness of the easyfundraising brand and generate demand among new audiences and engage, and retain our incredible community of users.


This is a full time role based at our Lichfield office working under the hybrid policy, with 2 days in the office and 3 days worked from home. The salary range is £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.


Requirements:

Key responsibilities include:

  • You’ll be a data whizz; conducting regular and in-depth analyses of our marketing campaigns
  • Collaborating with our exciting external agencies to compose and execute digital marketing strategies
  • Working with our PPC agency to exceed our user acquisition growth forecasts
  • Brief, produce, and publish content using our CMS platform
  • Keep a watchful eye on spending to optimise budget allocation and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Conduct SEO audits with our agency partners

What we need from you:

  • Experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other reporting platforms
  • CMS mastery
  • Experience with Google Adwords, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads
  • Data-driven campaign planning experience
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail; seeing numbers more than just figures but ways to success
