Staff365 are looking for a qualified social media executive to join our ever-growing team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness, engaging with potential candidates online, whilst monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with some understanding of the recruitment industry and who can demonstrable creative writing skills. As a social media executive, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimisation and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure candidate engagement, brand consistency and a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets with the Staff365 brand.

Create and publish engaging campaigns to drive candidates through to our active job vacancies.

Edit, proofread, and improve historical posts both on website and social.

Optimise content according to SEO and PPC to drive revenue.

Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and user’s engagement metrics.

Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.

Develop an editorial calendar and ensure management team is on board and take in latest market trends as well as competitor activity.

Ensure compliance with law (e.g., copyright and data protection)

Liaise with existing influencers and work with new influencers to achieve business goals.

Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw target customers attention and registration.

Requirements

Previous experience in a social media/digital marketing role. Min 2 yrs.

You must also be able to implement and optimise social media to deliver a highly effective response across all digital channels and platforms.

Produce creative content campaigns to generate traffic/sales.

Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and more

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £22,000.00 per year plus bonus
