Requirements
About the Role:
As the Partnership Executive you’ll join our team in a senior role, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. The Partnership Executive will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy by managing key partnerships with industry-leading cloud service providers such as AWS, Microsoft, and HPE. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in managing strategic partnerships, business development, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. Vertical expertise in both public and private sectors, with a focus on government and healthcare, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy with AWS, Microsoft, and HPE to support the company’s global expansion and growth targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at AWS, Microsoft, and HPE, including executives, sales teams, and technical experts.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that align with the strategic objectives of our partners and clients.
- Co-Build and Co-Sell Initiatives: Work closely with AWS, Azure, and Google to co-create and co-sell innovative solutions that drive value for our clients
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of partnership managers and business development professionals to achieve complex business outcomes and drive growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for partnership growth, including joint marketing campaigns, sales enablement activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track partnership performance metrics, analyse results, and identify areas for improvement to optimize the effectiveness of partnership initiatives.
