In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:
  • Support the development and implementation of effective public relations and communication to raise awareness of PCP.
  • Support with writing, proofing, producing and distributing of creative copy and media for our various platforms, including website, social media, online surveys, video, PR and campaigns etc
  • Assist with increasing website hits, social media feed content and the number of individuals/organisations registered to e-bulletins/newsletters.
  • Support the development of the current PCP website and improve awareness of PCP through partner websites and online forums.
  • Support the development of interactive discussions via social media platforms and other relevant media to effectively and professionally engage with communities across County Durham and the North East.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:
  • £9,500 per annum
  • Monday – Thursday 9 am – 5 pm, 4.30pm finish on Fridays
  • 27 days plus bank holidays rising to 32 after two years
  • Paid weekly wellbeing time

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

  • Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English or the Functional Skills equivalent

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.
With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
With a Baltic Apprenticeship, you’ll be on your way to a long-term career in the Marketing industry. On completion of their apprenticeship programme, 95% of our learners remain in full-time employment or progress onto a higher-level apprenticeship.
