Summary of responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of the senior team and the medical content team, the position holder will identify the elements of the overall digital marketing campaign and social media content engagement across all divisions of the ELM Group businesses.
  • Research: analyses information on the digital platforms to inform senior team on short- and long-term digital strategies and campaigns
  • Respond efficiently and effectively to customer feedback on social media platforms.
  • Manage all business social media platforms including scoping content, planning uploads, and collating feedback
  • Digital Analytics: measure and evaluate success of campaigns and produce metric reports
  • Build, implement and apply a structured approach to technical problem solving, issue resolution and analytical platforms

  • Skills in the early identification of digital media / marketing trends and opportunities
  • Understanding of basic coding
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to learn business digital project / time management procedures
  • Anticipate and provide solutions to avoid potential problems and unexpected challenges
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their offerings
