Team Leader - Digital Forensics Mobile LabPermanent roleOnsite in Stratford-upon-AvonSalary flexible DOEBrookwood Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Lab Team Leader to join our client’s inclusive and thriving team in Stratford upon Avon. This full-time Mobile Lab Leader role offers a favourable salary and benefits.As a Mobile Lab Team Leader, you will conduct analysis of exhibits and follow the associated processes. You will also monitor all levels of performance to ensure high levels of efficiency, ensuring case management and efficient use of resources whilst being customer centric. Other duties may be assigned.In your first few weeks in this Mobile Lab Team Leader role, you can expect to:
  • Assign case work to analysts and utilise the company’s case management system to effectively and proactivity manage case work of individuals to maintain efficiency, ensure deadlines are maintained and to monitor ‘on hold’ cases
  • Lead and motivate your team members to perform to the best of their ability
  • Assist with basic HR tasks and monitoring and provide feedback for one to one reviews
  • Ensure analysts record the correct time and notes on projects and preserve TRTs.
You Will Also Require The FollowingTo apply for this Mobile Lab Team Leader role, you will need a degree-level qualification (2-2 or above) BSc in IT, Computer Science or Digital Forensic.
  • Previous experience working as a digital forensics practitioner in computer forensics
  • Sound understanding of current ACPO guidelines and Forensic Regulator’s requirements (ISOL17025)
  • Thorough understanding of leading operating systems
  • Previous experience using the leading industry standard tools.
