As E-commerce Planning Manageryou will play a lead role in the data & insight transformation journey for this successful and fast growing omnichannel business.

Supporting customer facing teams in ensuring volume, resource and service requirements can be implemented and actioned in a controlled, cost effective & efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a key member of the Planning team you’ll play a pivotal & important role in contributing towards the culture, as well as being an advocate for data, insight and the voice of the planning team throughout the business
  • Monitor effectiveness of the plan, key measurements and agree revisions where appropriate
  • Review site performance with operations to drive efficiency
  • Determine the business growth model and update in line with business strategy
  • Model the future impact of the business strategy and future of omni channel on the size and structure of the DC model in the next five years
  • Lead the generation and delivery of actionable insight into operational performance and customer experience to drive strategic and customer-led decisions
  • Track and understand trends in operational performance, providing insight into the drivers and root causes of failures, making actionable recommendations for preventive operational changes.
  • As a partner to the DC operations function, you’ll work with them to identify opportunities, frame problems and deliver the analytics roadmap as aligned to business priorities
Knowledge And Experience
  • Experience of Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations planning – ideally in a fashion Logistics environment
  • Experience of leading teams
  • Highly analytical & data driven
  • Demand planning & Forecasting
  • Knowledge of supply chain & Commercial awareness
  • Process mapping, operational clock and material flow
  • Excellent systems & Excel skills
  • Bonus – Power BI, SQL
Salary - upto £60,000
