• 50% of the time and capacity to be spent on the technical aspects of the backlog, being a technical contributor either on the infrastructure as code or on software development of micro services, APIs, Automated Testing frameworks or the like.
• The remaining 50% of the time will be spent on providing technical leadership, architecture & design of the solution, analysis & defining success criteria of the portfolio of delivery streams, engaging with the stakeholders, managing program outcomes and ensuring all project governance is in order

• Proven analytical and problem solving skills, with broad knowledge of complex security requirements
• Ability to lead and facilitate evaluation and selection of software technology and products, as well as the design of standard patterns
• Provide leadership and direction to the teams supporting problem resolution of any critical issues
• Provide direction and support to the delivery teams (project, infrastructure, Operations) to ensure adherence with the architectural direction, determine implications of any deviations and manage the impact to the program as needed
• Lead analysis of the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create senior management Presentations and present to senior management
• Define communication strategy for various stages of program – example pre go-live and post-go live.
• Engage with stakeholders and inform them on roll out plan, features and adoption roadmap
• Define adoption strategy for the tool and define key metrics to track adoption of the product
• Define Product Backlog and negotiate with stakeholders on priority and timelines
