Job Title

Digital Engagement Manager- EM Pharma Tech

You will be responsible for defining digital marketing technology strategy and its implementation to drive excellence in execution of omnichannel marketing strategy across Emerging Markets in close partnership with regional Commercial Operations team. You will be working together with global, regional and LOC teams in implementing, tracking and refining the digital marketing integrated solution strategy to drive digital transformation for internal and external healthcare stakeholders including healthcare professionals and patients. You will develop the regional digital marketing technology road map, define what success looks like and take leadership and ownership to accomplish this with cross-functional team members. You will be accountable for leveraging global digital marketing tools and resources, bringing in new tech innovations for region as needed, partner & leverage external health-tech ecosystem to support GSK in providing best in class experience to HCPs and be regarded as a valued partner in providing innovations to the HCP community and expanding patient access.

Key responsibilities include:

Demand Management & Delivery - Plan and execute integrated regional digital marketing tech road map & initiatives by focusing on the Commercial Operations priorities, managing demand through structured processes and ensure delivery to region and its LOCs in order to achieve business objectives across HCPs, Patients and Pharmacists. Business Partnership - Be the tech partner to Regional Commercial Operations team in rolling out Data Driven Customer Experience digital marketing program. Build plans in line with regional General Medicine and Emerging Markets tech strategy working closely with General Medicine & EM Pharma Tech Head Tech readiness – Understand the opportunities from LOC & regional Tech and Commercial Operations team to execute flawless digital marketing strategy in LOCs; accordingly identify opportunities in global products to execute planned user journeys and work closely with global tech team & product owners to have an aligned development & execution plan to deliver capabilities to markets. Build Tech Awareness – Be constantly aware about global product development roadmap and regularly cascade to regional and LOC commercial and tech teams to drive awareness and help in building robust LOC level digital marketing plans. Data & Analytics Facilitation – understand the reporting & analytics requirements and work closely with commercial operations, Data & analytics teams and other support teams to enable 360 degree insights via reports/ dashboards/ analytics for digital marketing initiatives. Simplification – Identify simplification opportunities in business processes and leverage digital to drive automation and simplification. Enable & deliver market digital and data innovations with leveraging external health digital ecosystem, and scale up/reuse where is applicable to drive competitive business operations and differentiated HCP and patient experiences

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Knowledge in the usage of CRM and Digital marketing tools. Experience with following tools will be preferred - Veeva CRM, Adobe Campaign, SFDC marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Webinar Tools (WebEx, On24, Zoom), Qualtrics
  • Experience of implementing omnichannel marketing tech strategy in healthcare or related industry
  • Good understanding of HCP segmentation and targeting leveraging internal and external data sources
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, trends and marketing concepts
  • Good understanding of external digital health ecosystem
  • Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking capabilities and project management skills
  • Highly analytical, self-starter and results-driven

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regional digital marketing experience within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare commercial space with knowledge of digital marketing solutions and strong matrix influencing capabilities to drive successful execution and delivery of business objectives.
  • Ideal candidate will be required to partner with business & tech leaders across teams leading digital marketing solutions, tech strategy and omnichannel marketing strategy.
  • Ideal candidate would have broad experience to grow digital engagement capability across patients, doctors/ HCPs and pharmacists in emerging markets.
