Job Description

Cunard is at an exciting point in our history, as we look forward to returning to sailing after what has been a very challenging year, and further ahead to launching our first new ship in 12 years. The Role

As Digital Content Manager you would be leading a team of four to deliver your digital content strategy, working closely with the central content team, the in-house studio, local marketers in Australia, North America and Germany, the brand team, the PR team and the wider digital team, to ensure all activities are aligned.

This role will lead the team covering online brand and on board guest experience content updates, all of our website product content, as well as authoring to support new website developments and SEO.

There will also be scope to influence our social media accounts through the PR team.

About You

A people-person with great resilience, along with excellent organisational and communication skills, you will have experience of managing competing priorities and identifying content opportunities, which you will use to promote everything Cunard has to offer our guests.

You will understand the importance of brand positioning, particularly within the luxury market, and will have a passionate attention to detail to ensure everything published online meets exacting standards.

About the Team

The Cunard Sales and Marketing team are instrumental in the success of Cunard and our aim to be the benchmark of luxury travel. Our marketing teams maximise opportunity and create focused, meaningful communications that help to grow existing audiences as well as appealing to new ones. We have experts across advertising, CRM, brand, PR, digital, loyalty and the creative studio who work together collaboratively to create unforgettable holiday happiness. Our sales teams develop and grow partnerships ensuring they have the finest knowledge of our products. Our teams also manage sales communications, systems, and events to provide the best tools and support, ensuring that our travel trade partners are at the centre of all that we do. In addition to supporting travel agents, the sales team provide support to a team of ship based sales managers and work with third parties to find new routes to market for our brand.
