To strengthen our Immunology team, based in Slough, United Kingdom, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Digital Campaign Operations Manager.


As a Digital Campaign Operations Manager, you will drive the transformation of our omnichannel data & analytics driven Go-to-Market model and innovate the way we collaborate and interact with our customers.


You will contribute
by:

  • Create, monitor, optimize, and report on multichannel campaigns managed leveraging Sales Force Marketing Cloud
  • Together with the Solutions team and with support of our European Marketing automation resources, manage all steps of the campaign setup and implementation
  • To help implement lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions
  • Propose & carry out A/B tests (subject headers, email copy and creative, offers and landing pages) to continually improve key metrics (open, clicks, leads, conversions) across campaigns
  • Analyse campaign data and work on impact measurement
  • You’ll be responsible for mapping/updating/implementing processes related to marketing automation and lead generation
  • To optimize current customer journeys


Interested? For this position you’ll need the following
education, experience and skills:

  • relevant experiences in a digital working environment at a company or agency side
  • Bachelors’ degree in business or digital marketing and digital communication required
  • Passionate about digitalization and transformative processes with an advanced knowledge of related trends
  • Comprehension of different digital communication channels and ability to use them
  • Experience with a marketing automation tool and Google Analytics, especially Salesforce Marketing cloud is a huge advantage
