We are looking for an experienced Engineer to join our new ICT team!

As a TechOps team member you will be responsible for monitoring services, identifying and resolving issues with the Virtual server Infrastructure and Storage Area Networks, & implementing integrations that meet the organisation’s needs. With a good understanding of Cloud Services, including O365, Azure & Exchange, you will ensure that these services are maintained, controlled & delivered effectively.

You will contribute to the ICT maintenance & installation work, through defined procedures, & build on these standards for effective resolution of incidents.

You will maintain records, resolve & escalate, working across the Police ICT Teams to provide second line support function to colleagues. This post is vital to supporting the ICT operating capabilities.

We need team players with enthusiasm, a desire to drive innovation and provide a customer-focused ICT service to our colleagues.

The role is permanent, full time and is flexible, with home working. Your home base will be Headquarters in Devizes but the agile role will see you home working, and touching base at various stations and locations across the police estate.

Base location is currently Police HQ but we offer flexible working and the opportunity to work from home/other locations as appropriate.
