As our Recruitment Team Leader, your core responsibility will be to deliver an excellent service across a variety of recruitment campaigns through setting service delivery standards and ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Promote a positive and proactive approach to recruitment within the business that adds value
  • Contribute positively to the delivery of a high quality, customer focussed HR service
  • Maintain a positive employee relations climate, developing and implementing appropriate resourcing initiatives in accordance with strategy and objectives
  • Lead and develop an operational team using every opportunity to develop skills and knowledge
The person
  • You will have experience of managing and developing people.
  • CIPD membership or working towards graduate qualifications or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
  • You will have working knowledge of employment law and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Proven record of delivering effectively and meeting deadlines.
