As our Recruitment Team Leader, your core responsibility will be to deliver an excellent service across a variety of recruitment campaigns through setting service delivery standards and ensuring operational efficiency.
This opportunity is ideal for a Recruitment Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career and who wants to gain experience in a complex business with people at its core.
The job
- Promote a positive and proactive approach to recruitment within the business that adds value
- Contribute positively to the delivery of a high quality, customer focussed HR service
- Maintain a positive employee relations climate, developing and implementing appropriate resourcing initiatives in accordance with strategy and objectives
- Lead and develop an operational team using every opportunity to develop skills and knowledge
- You will have experience of managing and developing people.
- CIPD membership or working towards graduate qualifications or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
- You will have working knowledge of employment law and job evaluation methodologies.
- Proven record of delivering effectively and meeting deadlines.
