ROLE-Development Engineer LOCATION
  • Hailsham TERM
  • Permanent SALARY- £35,000-£45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) My client is a manufacturer of pumps and supply to a number of clients in the oil, gas and water industries. They are looking to take on a Test and Development Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
    • The Test and Development Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: Degree / HND / HNC or similar in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering or similar At least 2 years’ experience working with Electro-Mechanical productsA background in Manufacture Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in 3D CAD Design (ideally SolidWorks) Experience producing testing reports would be beneficial Excellent communication skills and attention to detailThe Test and Development Engineer role will involve: Testing of a variety of Electro-Mechanical components, instruments and equipment Assisting the quality team with functional and visual inspection Working to procedures and compliance standards Testing, fault-finding and calibration Working both independently and in a team Creating reports and documentation Communicating with different departments to resolve technical issuesIf you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation
