£13.84/h plus 10% allowance for carrying the registration = total of £15.22/h.

We have enhancements for shifts between the hours of 5pm and 7am and weekend enhancements from Friday at 5pm - Monday at 7am. For these hours you will be paid an additional £2.50 per hour

As a Deputy Manager / Deputy Home Manager you will be supporting in the day to day operations of a Supported living service. This includes deputising and responsibility for the direct supervision and line-management of staff. You will be accountable for monitoring, maintaining and providing the highest standards of clinical/personal support and service delivery, while promoting independence and choice of our residents. The role will be split between admin duties and working with customers and managed by the post holder. You will also hold registration for the service.

You will be working in a team passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives offering supported living options for people with varying abilities to live wherever and however they choose. Our services support people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments and learning disabilities.

The successful Deputy Manager will:

  • Have a level of professional development and registration (may include level 5 leadership in health & social care qualification).
  • Have experience of providing direct personal and social care.
  • Be experienced in managing a team of support staff.
  • Have experience of working with customers who have physical and/or learning disabilities.
  • Be able to work flexibly in accordance with rostered hours.
