Deputy Director of People (Head of People Transformation and Operations)

Salary:Band 8c; £63,751 - £73,664 pa (dependent upon experience)

As an experienced People leader, you will have the ambition, ability, skills and experience to deliver innovative best practice aligned to our dynamic needs. Reporting to the Executive Director of People, you will be highly driven, resilient and goal orientated, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams to work in partnership to ensure the successful delivery of local and national strategic People priorities.

Drawing on significant experience in the development and delivery of the People Strategy, change and transformation and complex employee relations, you will influence, engage and enable delivery of innovative HR and OD solutions to ensure Team SHSC is able to provide the best care for our service users. You will rapidly build strong relationships and credibility to lead a quality driven and responsive range of People services including recruitment, retention, employment policy, workforce information and planning, appraisal, health and wellbeing, training and development, employee relations, pay and reward and change management.
