The role of Administrator will be responsible for the provision of a quality administrative service to the General Managers within the Clinical Directorate and general administrative support to the whole Clinical Directorate Management Team.
A key requirement of the job is to work as part of the whole admin team, supporting the Admin Manager and Co-ordinators to ensure that an efficient service is provided for the Clinical Directorate Management Team.
The post holder will be expected to provide admin support to a nominated Clinical Directorate and managers but provide cover amongst other Band 3 colleagues to fill gaps and to ensure continuity of services. It is essential that the post holder is able to exercise initiative suitable to the role and is fully supportive to other colleagues in the administrative team.
