£30,000 to £40,000 per year (with bonuses, the potential to reach £50,000) This is the perfect opportunity for a driven and target-focussed individual to progress in a thriving business. On target earnings with bonuses could reach up to £50,000 per year. You will get 25 days of holiday yearly, with no weekend working. There is also the potential for progression to a more senior position within the company. BBA Reman is a fast-moving remanufacturer of electronic automotive parts with a global presence. Due to a restructure, we are looking for an energetic new leader to join our customer service team in Rochester. We are looking for people with customer service experience and demonstrable evidence of leadership skills. You should have the drive and ability to sell the right products and services to a wide range of customers while maintaining a world class level of customer service. This is primarily a management role, so you should constantly be looking to improve personal and team performance, but you should also lead by example by getting on the phone with customers. Key accountabilities for the role include: Managing and motivating the customer service Monitoring the performance of the customer service team and providing Resolving customer queries and providing troubleshooting assistance Growing the business by improving the efficiency of the customer service team Cultivating a team-focused working environment Requirements: Customer service experience The ability to energise a team Approachable and outgoing Integrity and moral courage The ability to accept coaching and feedback Good A Levels or B-Tech equivalent Knowledge of the automotive sector is desirable but not essential This job was originally posted as
