Role/Responsibilities

The Demand Generation Associate is responsible for contributing to the smooth running of all Salesforce related topics that arise with the execution of our field marketing activities. You will be responsible for the global CRM lead administration and allocation, creating data from events and other marketing activities available in Salesforce for timely sales follow up and for the use in demand generation campaigns. You will also be a contributor and initiator for data projects.

Responsibilities Include
  • Processing requests: we receive a high volume of proactive requests through marketing channels such as our website and events; the requests must be enriched and assigned to the right sales colleague in a timely manner
  • Enriching data sets: due to increasing marketing activities we generate a lot of marketing data that is leveraged to market to the correct individuals and improve the success of our future campaigns. With support you will manage data sets from:
    • Events: delegate lists and the entry of business cards
    • Webinar registrations
    • Content downloads
    • Other marketing related lists and sources
  • With oversight you will provide support for data projects including; data cleaning, data enrichment and optimizing the data fields that marketing owns. You will collaborate closely with our global Data Operation Team and colleagues from the operational demand generation team.
  • The Demand Generation Associate will help us to ensure the successful delivery and maximum impact of the data we generate with our marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • At least one year experience with CRM data administration is required, Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Ability to think critically and possess analytical skills plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required
  • Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
