DATA LEAD

Remote (EU or UK only)

Up to £100,000 + Benefits

Tech Stack: Python, Cloud, Redshift, and Looker

THE COMPANY:

An exceptional software and tech start-up are looking for a new Data Lead to build out their data capability and help to implement their vision of the future of web-tracking and data analytics. They are currently one of the leaders in web-tracking to tailor products and adverts to consumers.

THE ROLE:

Your role as a Data Lead will be to:

  • Building data pipelines
  • Sorting and analysing data from multiple complex sources
  • Contributing to architecture and technical decision making
  • Adapt to and deal with problems as they arise
  • Lead the team confidently, providing support where necessary and expanding the team through new hires
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with the COO, stakeholders, and other teams

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

The chosen candidate will have:

  • Strong commercial experience using Python and Cloud technology, ideally AWS
  • Ideally, prior experience using Redshift and Looker
  • Prior experience mentoring and leading teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable effective team working

THE BENEFITS:

The successful applicant will receive a salary, dependent on experience, of up to £100,000 as well as benefits including generous shares and holiday allowance, as well as the ability to work entirely remotely.
