About you
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly and accurately text chat to our customers
  • Experience of working to and exceeding targets

About the role
  • Providing world-class customer service to both existing and potential customers through the DFS website, engaging with customers to help them resolve any issues or queries they may have in relation to an existing order or a potential new purchase.
  • Delivering world class customer service to potential and existing customers via the DFS website, text chat and telephone.
  • Dealing with existing customer orders in a friendly and effective manner, and help them to resolve any issues.
  • Ability to recognise a sales opportunity and transfer calls through to our sales teams
  • Ability to engage with between 1 and 3 customers via text chat in a calm and effective manner
