Customer Success Manager - SaaS

The role:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for..

  • Managing 2-3 Customer Success Associates and assisting them with more technical queries
  • Onboarding customers effectively and efficiently to get them up & running and reduce time to value
  • Being responsible for a portfolio of 15 enterprise customers valued at around $1.8M - $2M
  • Adopting a commercial mindset to identify growth opportunities to pass on to the AEs for close
  • Increasing the number of users benefiting and gaining value to become the platform of choice
  • Building long-lasting & profitable relationships with customers and stakeholders (internal and external)

About you:

  • Client facing experience in a B2B environment
  • i.e. account management, customer success, client services, customer engagement etc.
  • Industry experience in a tech related sector
  • e.g. SaaS, cloud, cyber security, Fintech, IT services, DevOps, AI etc.
  • Based in the West Midlands (able to get the office 2 - 3 days a week)

The package:

  • £60,000 - £65,000 + 25% bonus

This Customer Success Manager role will be hybrid with likely 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home so would suit candidates based in Warwick, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Stratford Upon Avon, Birmingham, Worcester, Northampton, Banbury, Cheltenham, Chipping Norton or surrounding areas.
