About The Role

Essity has an opportunity to work in our excellent Customer Service Operations function to provide timely and efficient support to our B2B customers. Reporting to the B2B Customer Service Team Leader, this role will play an important part in delivering against our key targets and always striving for continuous improvements in service. Focussing on more complex and important services and processing non-routine activities. You will work in a small team of 5, however you will be part of a much wider organisation.

This role will initially be working remotely with the intention to return to the office in Dunstable when possible. The role is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.

What You Will Do

Your day to day tasks will vary enormously however they will include processing orders, answering internal and external queries, together with supporting our logistics team with projects by gathering, analysing, and processing required logistics datasets (volumes, costs, transactions, etc.) You will be able to make calculations, using pivot tables and macros to accurately compile, report findings and make key recommendations to strengthen our operation with new ideas and knowledge.

Who You Are

  • Previous experience of working within a customer service environment would be advantageous however not essential.
  • It is essential you are an advanced user of Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Packages (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, MS Teams)
  • Have a natural ability to form relationships with people and have the ability to network effectively for help and guidance when needed.
  • Well organised, being able to prioritise workloads and be comfortable with interruptions in your work day, focusing on new tasks according to changing needs.
  • Have a key focus on delivering high levels of customer service and delivering on your promises and commitments.
