Customer Service Coordintor – Grimsby – £23,000 - £26,000pa + Benefits

Chase & Holland are excited to be working with an award-winning business who are looking to recruit a driven, self-motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly customer service team based in the Grimsby area of North East Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable business on a permanent basis.

Customer Service Coordintor Responsibilities

Ensure consistent excellent order processing and administration of customer requirements Using Customer service skills to maintain excellent customer relationships Liaise with Demand Planning to manage promotional activities Participating in Monthly/Quarterly review presentations with the customers Responsible for the short-term 12 weeks forecast and a 12-month rolling forecast Working with customers to align the sales, stocks, and distribution figures to increase forecast accuracy Adjusting and managing orders in line with operational demands and scheduled changes in plans Supporting with overall stock management by reviewing demand versus supply Preparing various stock and supply reports Identifying and reporting slow moving and obsolete stocks

Hours

Full time 08:45 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Required Skills & Experience

Experience of working in a supply chain environment would be advantageous SAP experience / knowledge would be beneficial Ability to manage priorities and projects across a multi-site and multi-function organisation An understanding of Microsoft Office as well as Computer literate and numerate High communication, customer service and interpersonal skills Process adherence and ability to work to tight deadlines Meticulous with excellent attention to detail
