You will be part of a dynamic team delivering an excellent professional Customer Service experience. Job Responsibilities:
  • Receiving inbound calls from customers where you will need to answer promptly with a courteous manner
  • Process orders and quotes/pricing whilst on the call to the customers. Confidently discussing products
  • Technical and mechanical proficiency to assist customers and field staff with product issues Desirable:
  • Experience working with SAP essential
  • Prior experience working as a Sales Order Processor
  • Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solver
