Customer Service/CCTV Operator - Nights

Mitie the UK’s leading facilities management and professional services company are growing our M&S Security Operations Centre and are looking for people to join us on a permanent basis. You do not need previous experience as full on the job training will be provided, so if you are an excellent communicator with a great telephone manner and computer knowledge then we want to speak with you!

Where: Our Head Office – Northampton Business Park, Northampton, NN4 7SL

When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

Hours: 12 hour shifts 4 days on 4 days off (including some weekends)

Salary: £26,529 per annum

About the role:

  • Using CCTV to identify crimes happening in M&S Stores
  • Supporting M&S store colleagues on the phone
  • Input of security and crime incident data into a central database
