Are you an experienced customer service/complaints handling professional who is looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you have what it takes to make a real difference?

An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic, customer focused team in the heart of Manchester City Centre. This is a 3-6 month contract role and is a great opportunity for the right person to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background, who is confident in dealing with complaints and enquiries. You must be able to work effectively in a busy environment and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

The successful candidate will have:
    Strong problem solving experience and have a good understanding of customer service principles.
    Experience working in a team environment,
    Strong attention to detail.
    Ability to multitask.
    Atleast 1 year of customer Service or Complaint Handling experience

Your duties will include:
    Handling customer complaints and enquiries.
    Responding to emails and telephone calls.
    Providing support to customers over the phone or via email.
    Resolving customer issues.
    Responding to customer feedback.
