Currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to work for a global business based on the outskirts of Wolverhampton City Centre. This role will be phone based so would require a candidate who is happy and confident to speak with customers over the phone. The company offer onsite parking, you would need to drive as the company is situated away from any major bus routes.

Requirements Of The Job
  • Speak with customer on the phone
  • Able to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis
  • Process orders
  • Help and support the wider team
  • Good It Skills
  • Good problem solving abilities
As mentioned above the role would be shift work so would require individuals to be available from 06:00-22:00 Monday - Sunday.
