Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone and email enquiries
  • Arrange viewings
  • Accompanying Viewings
  • Conducting the occasional move in and move out inventory inspections/appointments
  • Referencing tenants and guarantors
  • Dealing with and handling repairs and maintenance with tenants, landlords and contractors
  • Keeping all office, administration records and certification updated
  • Other administration duties which may be assigned as the role demands
  • Advertising: Web sites, local press and office displays
  • Sales Administration and Negotiation
  • Cash handling on the Principality, opening accounts and daily transactions

Candidates must possess:

  • Pro-active and self-motivated attitude
  • Professional and enthusiastic approach
  • Excellent Literacy and communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work on your own as well as part of a team
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle desired

COVID-19 considerations:
We have Perspex screening around our desks for protection as well as wearing face coverings. Cleaning down routine every 2 hours, safety precautions in place when visiting properties and from our customers.
