As part of the retail HUB dedicated to easyJet you will play an integral part of this delivery.
This exciting and challenging role is fundamental in achieving outstanding In-flight retail results and requires an exceptional candidate with an innovative flair and a sound training background. Working within the Buying Team, reporting to the Crew Engagement Manager you will be involved in developing and leading all aspects of In-flight Retail training, crew development, communication, engagement and motivation.
You will establish and support strong working relationships with Crew management to support the in-flight retail function. By working closely with the retail team, you will create effective Crew motivation and incentives programmes as well as facilitate & manage appropriate training events to support the in-flight retail offering. You will be comfortable in creating a structured approach to managing crew sales performance as well as developing and managing an effective communicating tool in order to drive sales.
You will be an integral part of a busy team ideally with Cabin Crew or equivalent service industry experience. You will have excellent interpersonal, presentational and communication skills. You will ideally have sales and training experience as well as writing digital training programmes.
Ensuring compliance to legislative, customer and company standards is paramount. You will maintain best practice and review and monitor processes and action changes as necessary.
You will pride yourself on delivering our world famous 5* customer service, investigating issues when needed, and maintaining and developing relationships with our customers.
You will be a self-motivated, consistently professional individual who works well in a fast-paced environment and take pride in all you do. You strive to exceed your internal and external customers’ expectations and have a high level of attention to detail, alongside a methodical and logical approach to work.
We will accept candidates from across the UK with a preference for either London or Manchester based.
