About The Team

Our Credit Rejection Team manage the early prevention of debt and cash collection process. This is a collaborative role which involves working closely alongside lots of internal teams across the business to investigate and resolve rejected credits and settlements. This is a customer-centric team the main focus is ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You Will Be Doing

As Credit Rejections Analyst you will proactively manage merchant settlement ensuring that customers receive settlement funds accurately and on time. This will involve a both inbound and outbound calls to merchants to verify bank details, investigating and reconciling payments. You will provide an excellent level of customer service to all of your internal and external stakeholders. A natural team player with a ’can do attitude’ you will build on key relationships with our Corporate and SME Customer Support Team, Billing and Administration Team , Collections Teams and Debt Collection departments. We welcome applications from both graduate calibre and experienced candidates who are looking for an early careers opening within the Financial Services. If you have strong negotiation skills, are able to work to tight deadlines in fast moving environment and have a confident telephone manner then this could be you next move.
