We seek an outstanding individual to lead the Level 3 Agriculture provision at our Cannington Campus. The post-holder would be instrumental in delivering and coordinating high quality teaching, learning and assessment on the programme, as well as leading the delivery team to ensure that the programme continues to build upon its highly successful track-record.

The ideal candidate would have exceptional vocational experience in agriculture within both mechanisation and livestock industries, as well as strong experience within an educational background. The postholder would be expected to teach both classroom based and practical sessions, utilising the College’s excellent facilities and teaching resources to ensure learners receive the highest quality teaching and learning.

The course leader role involves coordinating a team of lecturing and practical staff through the delivery of the programme, ensuring the programme quality is of the highest standards and compliant with both internal and external quality standards. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential for success, as well as a proven ability to prioritise workloads.
