This role will be on our family run Game Farm where we produce and supply the highest quality pheasant and partridge eggs, chicks and poults, so hygiene and cleanliness are crucial.

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Seasonal Game Farm Egg Collector to join our team. As an Egg Collector, you will be responsible for the collection of eggs from our 17,000 overwintered Pheasant hens as well as various tasks related to the care and welfare of our birds.

Hours:

Seasonal contract ending on or before 17th June 2024 - There maybe a possibility to move over to a different department once they finish laying and extending the contract to 30th September 2024.

Basic daily hours 1400-1800 Monday - Friday

Job role includes:

- Collecting Eggs

- Packing and traying up eggs

- Grading of eggs so good eyesight is required.

- Catching up birds ready for delivery if required.

- Following company bio security procedures.

- Following company health and safety policy.

Experience:

- Previous experience in Game farming or agriculture is preferred but not required as onsite training can be provided.

- Must be reliable

- Should be able to work as part of a team and on your own.

- Should be clean and tidy

- Should have attention to detail in their work
