South, Central & West CSU is a leading provider of digital and informatics services to health and care. We collaborate with customers and partners’ across health and social care system and deliver a portfolio of services that support primary care commissioners to deliver improved patient outcomes at national, regional and system level.

We are looking to recruit a Corporate Systems Support Analyst to support us as part of our programme to improve and embed our corporate processes and systems. The ideal candidate will form part of a successful team delivering corporate digital services to SCW colleagues. The post holder will ensure that the service is delivered and continually improved, in line with agreed Service Levels. They will also need to ensure that the service is delivered in line with SCW core values.

Our agile, flexible and productive working policy supports staff to work in a way that supports a healthy work/life balance, so they can be fulfilled inside and outside of the work environment. This means that many of our team work remotely most of the time, although attendance at the operational headquarters in Bridgwater may be expected as per the needs of the service. At present all of our team work remotely, in line with COVID-19 guidance.

This is a fixed term post until 31st March 2022. A business case to convert the fixed term to a permanent role is being developed.
