Responsibilities And Required Skillsets
  • Managing Specialist package contractors
  • Weekly Progress meetings
  • Liaising with Consultants/Architects/Client
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Demonstrable track record in delivering JCT D&B schemes.
  • IT and Industry alligned software skills
  • Commercially astute/Budget control/forecast
  • RAM’s/Method Statements
  • Promote a safe culture and environment
  • Client/End User facing
  • SMSTS/CSCS Certification for your level
