We have had recent significant investment in the transformation of services for people living with complex needs which has opened up a number of exciting opportunities for enthusiastic professionals who have an interest in the specialist treatment and management of complex needs (traditionally known as personality disorders, but also encompassing trauma-related complex needs).

This is a developing service and strategy across the CWP footprint - which aims to provide needs-based meaningful psychological intervention and support. Such a model aims to challenge traditional models of mental health provision, to prevent escalation of mental health crises, to increase access to evidence-based treatment, and develop true community-based, integrated and systemic services.

In line with this there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic 8c Clinical Psychologist to join our service. The post is 0.5 wte (18.75 hours per week).

The post holder will be responsible for providing professional leadership and take responsibility for the systematic provision of high quality, comprehensive psychology services for adults within the service

The successful candidate will have well developed skills and experience of working with this population both at a direct clinical and with an organisational / strategic focus.
