As a Concierge, you’ll enjoy the thrill of meeting and greeting new people and provide excellent customer service to all of our cliental. You will also be clerical assistance to the Mess Manager.

A few things about you

Our Concierge’s are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s important that fantastic customer service is always at the forefront! If you are a friendly, and approachable individual with great communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you!

You’ll need a flexible approach and with your fantastic team skills you’ll quickly become the go-to person for our clients and colleagues,

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never worked as a receptionist before, what does matter to us is taking pride in what you do. A willingness to learn and develop new skills is a bonus too!

Main Responsibilities

• Develop one’s own skills and knowledge within the position, including any required training courses
• Maintain excellent client/customer relationships
• Care for all available resources including equipment, materials and supplies as directed
• Responsible for front desk duties, allocation of room keys, and day to day requests, including use of IT systems as directed and required
• To greet all Mess guests and deal with any queries as required
• To answer telephone and distribute messages to relevant parties
• Building security rounds on a 24 hour shift pattern
• To carry out any other reasonable tasks and/or instructions as directed by management
