Carnival UK have an exciting opportunity for a part time Permanent Concessions Consultant, based out of the Carnival UK head office in Southampton.

The Concessionaires Consultant sits within the Fleet People Operations team with a dotted line in to the On Board Revenue planning and compliance team.

The Role

As the leader of our Concessionaires crew management process, this role is critical in setting the process, rhythm and routine for all concession crew joining our fleet and ensuring that the concessionaires are fully embedded systemically, administratively and culturally within CUK.

The role will support all of our concession partners working directly with their crew manning team, delivering a smooth and compliant crew process. You will need to ensure our Partners successfully deliver against Carnival UK requirements and set SLA’s. You will be required to maintain key relationships with Concession Partners and our Onboard Revenue Team, ensuring the Concessionaire processes are reviewed and fit for purpose. It will also be your responsibility ensure our candidate experience through attraction, selection and on boarding is consistently delivered to a high standard by our Concessionaires.

About you

You will have an ability to develop excellent stakeholder relationships, acting as the Fleet People Operations support for all concession crew associated business operations; support will come jointly from your line manager and the Concession planning manager. You will have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to build strong relationships. Strong organisational and attention to detail skills are essential within this role, as is a good commercial awareness.

This role has been levelled CUK09 and is part time hours.
