Are you an experienced registered nurse looking for a new venture or are you a looking to move into the community setting? Are you newly qualified or due to qualify, with a keen interest within this area of nursing?

As a community nurse you can learn a wide variety of clinical skills. Our patients have long term conditions and complex health needs. Working with us, you will gain skills ranging from wound care management, urethral and suprapubic catheter care, management of long term conditions and end of life care.

We offer full support, training and career development and, for those who are due to qualify, we offer a comprehensive and inclusive 12 month preceptorship. There are opportunities to access a wide range of development/tarining courses to enhance your role.

Our Community team are compassionate, supportive and hardworking with a great team ethos. We work collaboratively to provide outstanding care for our patients and to support and help one another.
