An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent full time position within Northumberland Recovery Partnership.

The post holder will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide care to those affected by substance use, completing comprehensive assessments, collaboratively agreeing care plans with service users, delivering comprehensive harm reduction advice and providing pyscho-social interventions.

You will have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.

You must have a strong commitment to the delivery of high quality safe care. You should have an interest in working within a busy and challenging environment as well as the ability to demonstrate a warm, person centred approach to care.

You will work in a highly supported environment, and will be provided with training opportunities to further develop your knowledge and skills.
