Communities for Work Plus (CfW+), is a Welsh Government programme tackling poverty through sustainable employment providing intensive employment mentoring and support services for people aged 16+. The aim of improving motivation and confidence for individuals to consider long term employment opportunities.


Job Purpose:


  • A dual role that will lead and coordinate the training needs of customers aged 16+ on programme and to deliver employment related workshops and accredited courses when required.
  • To contribute to the design, delivery and performance of commissioned training programmes.
  • To ensure the provision of an engaging learning programme within the relevant subject area.
  • To prepare, deliver, assess and evaluate the course to the specified standard required by the service and the Awarding Organisations.
  • To ensure that administrative procedures relating to learner and class delivery are completed accurately and to agreed compliance based targets. To deliver some accredited courses when required…
