  • Study 1 day per week at one of our partner colleges
  • Work 4 days per week in one of our selected managed pubs*
  • Be mentored by one of our Head Chefs
  • Be paid weekly**

    • Weekly Wage: age 16 – 20 up to £263, age 21 – 24 up to £335, age 25+ up to £357. All based on a 40 hour work week. There is an opportunity to earn more through our tips and service charge system.
