Contracts administrator

Quantity Surveying

Pershore

Worcestershire

Prodrive Recruitment are looking for an experienced Commercial support for our clients based in Pershore. This role is to support the Quantity Surveyors and there are a number of parts to this opportunity to include, Administration, researching, customer services, and helping with tenders.

We are not necessarily looking for a big deal of experience on this role however industry knowledge would be a must on this one. So a qualification in Quality Surveying would be perfect.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Administration of the department
  • Office support where required
  • General filing of and database upkeep
  • Assist with Marketing
  • Dealing with orders
  • Answering the telephone
  • Sending and dealing with Tender information
  • Researching including new products, and services
  • Tracking forms, materials, quotations ect
  • Sourcing new suppliers
  • Dealing with people
  • Checking, Sending and assisting with Drawings.

What You Will Need
  • A HNC/HND Quantity Surveying
  • BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying
  • A positive attitude and able to help others that need it
  • Communication is key to this role so able to communicate on all levels
  • A good level of administration
  • Experience within a similar role would be ideal but we are happy to train in this role.
