Role

Are you a Commercial Assistant looking for a new role, with flexibility? Do you live in the Cambridge or Norwich area? Are you looking for a new role with a well known contractor in the Anglian area? If so, then please read on:

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £24,000 (pro rata)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Norwich (but with the bulk of your time working from home)

Duties

  • Support the Commercial Team
  • Keep accurate and updated records of all proposal
  • Support the team with the administration and issuing/signing of all contracts.
  • Assist in securing commercial deals.
  • Running reports on the cost control software and inputting the relevant information into Excel
  • Sending reports to the Senior Quantity Surveyors
  • Analysing data
  • Sending invoices to clients
  • Monitoring emails

Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
  • Experience working with a cost control system
  • Fully conversant in Microsoft (specifically Excel)
