  • Recovering customer arrears via telephone, written communications or any other digital methods introduced into the department/function
  • Showing empathy to vulnerable customers and setting up repayment arrangements
  • Adhering to the rules and guidelines set by the company and its regulators (FCA/ICO/FLA)
  • Completing general administration duties
To apply for this collections job, you will need experience working in collections (late or early arrears) as a Collections Agent, Collections Advisor or similar. You will also require excellent customer service skills and the ability to empathise with people.
