Renewals Manager Package

I am currently supporting a fast-growing financial services business as they look to bring in a Renewals Manager as the renewals team looks to triple the team due to phenomenal success. The role is paying up to £30,000 (DOE) plus a realistic OTE of £50,000. You will be a key part of the continual growth within the team as well as the wider business as you help nurture and develop the team.

Duties For Renewals Manager
  • Develop and execute successful negotiation strategies for renewals that maximise revenue value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship.
  • Motivate your team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for leading and developing the performance of your Renewals Team. Passionate about the service we offer to merchants you will achieve business goals by creating a culture of high performance within your team.
  • To identify your teams’ strengths and areas for development and work with them to ensure they reach their full potential and achieve set targets and objectives, driving consistent high performance through regular feedback and continual support.
  • By recognizing the highs and lows that your team face, you will be there to celebrate their success and support them through their challenges.
An Ideal Renewals Manager Will Have
  • Experience with managing a team within a sales environment
  • A proven track record when it comes to pushing team to achieve and surpass targets
  • Ability to identify strength and weaknesses within the team
