Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and driven individual to join the Emergency Quadrant Management Team in Ysbyty Glan Clwyd on a permanent basis. The post of Emergency Quadrant Rota Coordinator will offer an individual the chance to enhance their skills at management level through liaising with other managers, direct and in-direct line management of staff, identifying improvements to the department and presenting these ideas at management level. This job would be suitable for someone with excellent problem solving and communication skills. The post holder will be required to work to their own initiative whilst prioritising work streams.
