An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Informatics Team as a Senior Clinical Implementation Coordinator.The post holder will be a passionate champion for digital innovation to deliver quality and safety in patient care with the ability to share their knowledge and enthusiasm to others and apply different techniques to assist teams to tackle their challenges.Applicants should have a nursing, midwifery or AHP background at a band 6 and have an interest in digital healthcare innovation, developing skills in healthcare informatics and project management. The applicant should have excellent communication and negotiating skills to engage and support staff in adapting to significant change in the way they work.The post holder will work as part of a dynamic and agile digital programmes team. They will be accountable for delivering and implementing digital products and services as part of the Digital Transformation Programme which is in support of Buckinghamshire Healthcare Trust’s Digital Strategy.As part of the digital portfolio, the team are striving towards “Applying the culture, processes, business models & technologies of the internet era to respond to people’s raised expectations” [Tom Loosemore’s definition of Digital].Responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of the products and services as defined within the Project Plan. This encompasses the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the project working across all project work streams. You will work closely with service managers and clinical practitioners ensuring that the project and workgroup deliverables are met within the timelines as defined in the Project Plan.You will provide support to clinical and non-clinical personnel for the preparation, implementation and delivery of new IT solutions and processes.
