Clinical Audit & Research Facilitator - Band 5Full time - 37.5 hours per weekProviding support for clinical services, specialities and professional groups to develop and implement effective and robust clinical audit & research programmes and to monitor the completion of actions resulting from such programmes. Ensuring that timely, accurate & complete information is available for all stakeholders to enable them to understand, monitor and assess the delivery of the organisation’s audit & research programme.Supporting the Associate Director of Performance & Audit to embed the annual audit programme, ensuring monitoring of delivery and exception reporting is incorporated as part of the Performance Framework, as well as ensuring that the function is integrated with other governance and accountability programmes and functions. This may include input to the audit strategy and policies relating to clinical audits & research projects.Management & Oversight of Clinical Audit & Research ProgrammesIntegration & Monitoring of Clinical Audit & Research Programmes using PMO SoftwareData Analysis, Interpretation & Dissemination of FindingsStakeholder engagementAudit Processes, Policies & Procedures Input & ManagementTeaching & Training of Colleagues & StakeholdersThis role is part of the Performance & Audit team, sitting in the Chief Executive Office and based at the Corporate Offices.Key relationships for the post holder will be as follows:Internal
